We got reported by one of our employees that his family member has tested positive on COVID-19. For safety reasons, we will delay our reopening date according to the previous system upgrade. All employees were required to go for COVID-19 test before they could return to work. Our restaurant will remain closed until all employees finish reporting the test result to ensure a safety environment. We will keep it updated and thank you for your support.

Genki is experiencing extremely busy on weekend between 5:30 - 8:00 pm. Last week we had received over 50 orders in an hour which cause temporary shutdown the restaurant. In this case, we might not able to taking any order by phone. While you can still be able to order online but please allow approximately 40 mins for pick up! 75 mins for delivery! The upcoming holiday is approaching, I would recommend customers place your order in advance so you can expected your order can be deliver on time.
